Check in / Check out times - Check in time is 2:00pm; check out time is 10:00am.
Making a Booking - Contact us by phone or email to make a reservation. A deposit of $250.00 is required to make a reservation.
Day Room Rate - Should you wish to extend check out past 10:00am due to a late flight, we offer a 50% discount off the day rate for extended checkout, subject to availability.
As an alternative, we offer guests complimentary use of our Late Check-Out bathroom and luggage storage facilities located at reception (during office hours).
Office Hours - 8:00am - 5:00pm (Please advise us if you will be arriving outside these hours.)
Cancellation Policy - In the event of a cancellation, an administration fee of $50.00 is applicable to all cancellations. Where cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. Early departures are non-refundable and we recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation fees incurred.
Extra Bedding - A folding bed, cot and highchair are available on request, subject to availability.
Smoking Policy - All Apartments and Villas are Non-Smoking however you can smoke outdoors.
Disabled Policy - The Frangipani caters for people with a disability with specially designed and modified apartments available throughout the resort, please ask for more information.
Car Hire - The Frangipani makes hiring a vehicle easy and have secured fantastic rates on all the latest vehicles and four wheel drives, just ask us for the additional information and rates.
Tours - The Frangipani offers a FREE tour booking service to guests. Due to the popularity of some of the tours, we recommend that you pre-book prior to your arrival. Staff at the Frangipani will be happy to discuss the different tours available and book them for you.
