MAKING A BOOKING - Contact us by phone or email to make a reservation. A deposit of $250.00 is required to make a reservation.
DAY ROOM RATE - Should you wish to extend check out past 10:00am due to a late flight, we offer a 50% discount off the day rate for extended checkout, subject to availability.
As an alternative, we offer guests complimentary use of our Late Check-Out bathroom and luggage storage facilities located at reception (during office hours).

CANCELLATION POLICY - In the event of a cancellation, an administration fee of $50.00 is applicable to all cancellations. Where cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. Early departures are non-refundable and we recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation fees incurred. Canellations need to be confirmed in writing, in the event of a "No Show" any unused nights we are unable to re-sell will be charged for. Please ensure you ask for a confirmation letter when making a booking, one can be e-mailed or faxed to you once the booking has been made / confirmed.
EXTRA BEDDING - A folding bed, cot and highchair are available on request, subject to availability (Additional Cost Applies).
SMOKING POLICY - All Apartments and Villas are Non-Smoking however you can smoke outdoors.
